Astro Lab Runs

Overview
Astro Lab Running meets at Astro Lab Brewing between 6pm and 9pm every Tuesday for a 3 or 5 mile run through Silver Spring followed by cool down pints in the taproom. All paces welcome, and we encourage beginners! Please show up 15 minutes before your first run to register which will allow tracking of attendance for some great Astro Lab Running merchandise. Free Astro Lab Running tech shirt after 12 runs!
