Overview:
Join us for a casual, early morning run on the Bethesda Trolley Trail! The Trolley Trail is 5 miles long and most participants complete 3-4 miles. All paces are welcome! Regular attendees typically hold a 9 min./ mile pace to a 15 min./ mile pace.
The group meets in the parking lot at the YMCA at 6:00 AM, to the left of the entrance near the lights, and departs by 6:05 AM. A headlamp and reflective gear is recommended during the winter months.
The group has a communication forum on WhatsApp. The communication forum will be used in the event of workout cancellations, location changes, or time changes, so it’s highly recommended that all interested participants join the forum.
