Time: 6:30 PM every Wednesday (through November 11 – we will move to the track at Montgomery Blair on November 18)
Place: Wheaton Regional Park parking lot (2000 Shorefield Road, Wheaton)

Join fellow MCRRC members living in east or south county for a weekly track workout! Each week there is a suggested workout posted at the track. Participants may do the suggested workout or one of their own.
