Volunteer of the Year Nominations
Greetings!
Between your all of your holiday planning and celebration(s) we need you to also help us identify our best club volunteers for 2018.
Volunteers are critical to the success of our club. Of course everyone helping out does a great job and should be commended…but maybe there are some individuals you feel should be recognized as the best of the best in MCRCC for 2018? These folks are a constant presence at club events serving in multiple multi-level roles and also find time to support our many training groups and/or other activities. If you know someone who fits these criteria, why not nominate them for consideration as Volunteer of the Year. Nominations will be accepted until January 7, 2019.
This honor is awarded to an exceptional volunteer who has made the most significant or sustained volunteer contributions in the past year, taking into account both the time spent, results achieved, and greatest variety of personal effort given in support of MCRRC. Any types of cumulative volunteer contributions to the club will be considered (i.e., ongoing committee job, coordination of special events, club race work, training program support, or working at any club activity).
If you would like to suggest a stellar MCRRC member for consideration as the 2018 Volunteer of the Year, please go to Volunteer of the Year Nomination – Montgomery County Road Runners Club to complete a brief form where you can include as much detail as possible on their specific volunteering efforts, which greatly helps the Committee during the selection process.
