- Registration for the 2008 Experienced Marathoners Program is now open. Initial orientation will be on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at 10:00 am at KenGar Palisades Park. More information here.

- The Tuesday-Thursday Rockville Easy Runs move to Lake Needwood on April 22nd! The runs start at the trailhead at scenic Lake Needwood off Avery Road in Rockville and take to the wooded, paved hiker-biker path. Click here for more details and directions.
