Silver Spring Run

Overview:
Join us for a social, low-key, and non-competitive environment for participants of all paces. Maps for 3 and 5 mile routes will be offered at the start of the run each week. Most of the runs traverse the neighborhoods around Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Takoma, Brightwood, and Rock Creek Park. Municipal parking is available one block away, on Kennett Street.
The group has a communication forum using a Google Group and a Facebook Page (Silver Spring Run Club). Anyone can join. The communication forum will be used in the event of workout cancellations, location or time changes, so it’s highly recommended that all interested parties join the forum.
