Overview:
Join us on Friday evenings at Silver Branch in Rockville for a 3 or 5 mile run. The run offers both trail and road options. The group starts and finishes at the brewery and participants can enjoy a beverage following the run.
The group has a Signal Group. Anyone can join. The communication forum will be used in the event of workout cancellations, location changes, or time changes, so it’s highly recommended that all interested parties join the forum.
