Overview:

Join us for a social, non-competitive, and low-key environment for participants of all paces. Each Saturday, choose from a 3-, 5-, or 7-mile route in and around Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Takoma, Brightwood, and Rock Creek Park. This is a great run for those that like to run with others, but not at the crack of dawn! In the summer, the group will meet at 9:00 AM to get a cooler start. Municipal parking is available one block from Kaldi’s off Fenton Avenue.

The group has a communication forum using a Google Group and a Facebook Page (Silver Spring Run Club). Anyone can join. The communication forum will be used in the event of workout cancellations, location changes, or time changes, so it’s highly recommended that all interested parties join the forum.
