New Years Day 5K 2025

RACE OVERVIEW:
This popular race is a must-do for many and a chance to trade in those old chips for shiny, new 2024 member bib & chips! The race takes place at Manna Food Center in Gaithersburg. Please consider bringing a non-perishable item to donate (cash is accepted too)!

Registration:
MCRRC Members –
This race is part of our low-key race series and is FREE for MCRRC Members.
Non-MCRRC Members –
Registration will open to non-MCRRC members at a cost of $15 per race for participants ages 18 & over and $10 for participants under 18. Online registration will remain open until the start of the race. Late registrants may register online before leaving the house or from your smartphone at the race site. Please remember to bring your credit card or cash with you if you plan to register on race morning. Non-members can register coming soon!
Bib and chip pickup will take place on race morning near the start area. A volunteer will be on hand to assist you.
Refunds:
If you are a non-MCRRC member, and can no longer attend the race, please contact office@mcrrc.org so that we can move your registration to another MCRRC low-key event and open up a spot for someone else. Monetary refunds will not be provided.
