Country Road Run 5K 2026
RACE OVERVIEW:
The 5K race will be held at Calleva Farm in Dickerson. The course, truly a “country road run,” offers views of horses, hayfields and a big, red barn – you can’t get more country than that in Montgomery County! And breaking a long-standing MCRRC tradition, the race features a downhill finish! The location is in the far west end of the county, so please be sure to map it and allow extra travel time to get there.
LOCATION INFORMATION:
The address is 19120 Martinsburg Road in Dickerson, MD. Parking will be available in a designated portion of the hay field (please follow the directions of the volunteers). Registration and the start/finish of the race will be located near the herb garden.
The course will run through the farm and then out and back on Martinsburg Road.

REGISTRATION:
MCRRC Members –
This race is part of our low-key race series and is FREE for MCRRC members. Race registration is not required for members; however, members must signup for a 2025 bib & chip. Your bib & chip will then be waiting for you at the race (or any other low-key race of 2025). If you have a 2024 (or older) chip, please bring it with you to exchange for your 2025 bib & chip. If you are a new member, or no longer have an older chip, please remember to bring a $5 chip deposit with you. If you already signed up for a personalized 2025 bib, you do NOT need to register online – your bib will be waiting for you at any low-key race of the year.
Non-MCRRC Members –
Registration is open to non-MCRRC members at a cost of $17 (participants ages 18 & over) and $11.60 (participants under 18). This price includes the registration + processing fee. You may pay less in processing fees per participant if you add more items to your cart. Online registration will remain open until the start of the race, so you can register online before leaving the house or from your smartphone at the race site. Registering online before arriving to the race site is highly encouraged due to processing time. Non-members can register here. Bib and chip pickup will take place on race morning near the start area. A volunteer will be on hand to assist you.

REFUNDS:
If you are a non-MCRRC member who registered for this race but can no longer attend, please contact office@mcrrc.org so that we can move your registration to another MCRRC low-key event and open up a spot for someone else. Monetary refunds will not be provided.
