  • 6pm Pub Runs (First and Third Monday)

  • 6:40am Tuesday Dojo of Pain Training Run
  • 6:15-6:30pm My Muddy Shoes Run
  • 6:30pm Tuesday Evening Easy Runs

Wednesday

  • 6:30pm My Muddy Shoes Run
  • 7pm Wednesday Evening Track
  • 7pm Wednesday Silver Spring Run

Thursday

  • 5:30am Thursday Morning Kemp Mill Run
