Weekly Workouts

Our weekly workout runs are low-key runs anyone can jump into and run with others in the community. See the list below for the schedule and click each link for more information about each run: location, contact, overview, etc.

It’s always a good idea, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, to contact the run coordinator in advance to ensure they are meeting & to let them know that a new participant will be joining.  Weekly workouts will be conducted safely and according to county guidelines as well as based on the comfort level of the workout leaders.
