DESCRIPTION:RACE OVERVIEW: \nTake a spin in the woods for 4 miles at Wheaton Regional Park. This fun\, exciting trail race starts in the parking lot north of the Wheaton Ice Arena (11717 Orebaugh Avenue) and goes out for two loops on the Equestrian Trail and back. \nPlease park near the ice-skating arena or in the main parking lot once you enter the park\, not the parking lot for the dog park. We want to be considerate of other park attendees and there are plenty of other spaces for runners closer to the start line. \n  \nCOURSE MAP: \nA course map can be viewed here. \n  \n\nREGISTRATION: \n\nMCRRC Members – \n\nThis race is part of our low-key race series and is FREE for MCRRC members.  Race registration is not required for members; however\, members must first signup for a 2026 bib & chip. You’ll travel on hills\, run near streams\, and enjoy the sights in the early spring. From I-270N take exit 16 north toward Damascus (stay right onto Father Hurley Boulevard/MD 27) to a left on 355 north. Go about 1.5 miles to a left onto Old Baltimore Road then another approximately 1.5 miles and look for Black Hill Park entrance on your left.
