DESCRIPTION:JobJog is the newest weekly club drop-in run/walk opportunity. Everyone is welcome—if you are in a career transition\, come out\, get some exercise\, and do some informal networking. Each session will start with 10-15 minutes of informal networking where people can say what they are looking for\, followed by 30-35 minutes of running or walking\, and then wrapping up with some good coffee and company and more networking at Coffee Republic. DESCRIPTION:Time: 7:00 PM every Monday \nPlace: Lakelands Park Pavilion\, 1368 Main Street\, Gaithersburg \nContact: Paul Hasson (runphrun@gmail.com) and Lisa Levin (levinreichmann@gmail.com) \nOverview: \nCome join a revival of the Monday night Lakelands/Kentlands group run. This is a new run to the MCRRC weekly offering and the only Monday drop-in group run. We run a 3- or 5-mile route through the Lakelands and Kentlands neighborhoods that includes much of the Kentlands/Lakelands 5K route. Currently\, the majority of the group sticks to a 10:00-10:30/mi pace. If you plan to run slower or faster\, please make sure to be familiar with the route maps (below) as we run in the dark during the winter months and want to make sure everyone makes it safely back to the starting point. As the group grows\, we hope to have more pace groups represented. \nThe group will meet under the Pavilion. Plenty of parking is available in the parking lot\, Main Street\, and neighborhood side streets.
