SUMMARY:Trolley Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:Time: 6:00 AM every Wednesday \nPlace: YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase\, 9401 Old Georgetown Road\, Bethesda \nContact: Eileen Levitt (eileenlevitt85@gmail.com or 443-859-5771) and Rachel Blair (racheldblair@gmail.com) \nOverview: \nJoin us for a casual\, early morning run on the Bethesda Trolley Trail! The Trolley Trail is 5 miles long and most participants complete 3-4 miles. All paces are welcome! Regular attendees typically hold a 9 min./ mile pace to a 15 min./ mile pace. \nThe group meets in the parking lot at the YMCA at 6:00 AM\, to the left of the entrance near the lights\, and departs by 6:05 AM. A headlamp and reflective gear is recommended during the winter months. \nThe group has a communication forum on WhatsApp. The communication forum will be used in the event of workout cancellations\, location changes\, or time changes\, so it’s highly recommended that all interested participants join the forum.

DESCRIPTION:Time: 7:00pm every Wednesday \nPlace: Acorn Park\, 8075 Newell Street\, Silver Spring \nContact: Nancy Oswald (nmoswald@yahoo.com) \nOverview: \nJoin us for a social\, low-key\, and non-competitive environment for participants of all paces. Maps for 3 and 5 mile routes will be offered at the start of the run each week. Most of the runs traverse the neighborhoods around Silver Spring\, Takoma Park\, Takoma\, Brightwood\, and Rock Creek Park. Municipal parking is available one block away\, on Kennett Street. \n\nThe group has a communication forum using a Google Group and a Facebook Page (Silver Spring Run Club).
