DESCRIPTION:Time:  6:00 pm warm-up/6:15 for full run and to pick up late-comers. \nPlace:  Winter (when sunset is 6:30 or earlier). Meet at back parking lot Redland Middle School\, 6505 Muncaster Mill Rd.\, Derwood\, MD 20855. Sunset after 6:30. Meet at parking lot at Needwood Lake Circle\, Redland\, MD 20855 \nDistance 5 miles or more.  It’s a loop\, you can repeat. \nContact: Phil Epstein  Pepstein1@verizon.net  or www.mymuddyshoes.org \nAdditionally\, please join the MyMuddyShoes Facebook group for the most up-to-date weekly announcements. \nOverview \nAn independent group of mostly MCRRC trail running enthusiasts\, holding low key evening trail runs (5-8 miles) for all levels\, 3 days a week year around\, and Saturday morning trail runs when there is no MCRRC Trail Training Program. \nJoin the Yahoo group\, Facebook group\, or go to the web page www.mymuddyshoes.org.  Mud\, rocks\, hills\, good dirt\, what could go wrong?  Bring lights for night runs. The group will finish at the brewery\, where it started. The run is followed by a few pints and some great company with your fellow runners. All paces are welcome!\n\nThe group has a signal group. Anyone can join.  The group will be used in the event of workout cancellations\, location or time changes\, to share pictures\, or ask quesitons\, so it’s highly recommended that all interested parties join the group.
