Wednesday Track Workout

Overview
Join MCRRC for a weekly track workout.  Each week there are suggested workouts posted at the track.  Participants may opt to do the suggested workout or workout on their own.   Members often meet for beer and pizza at Giuseppi’s Pizza Plus in Rockville after the workout.
