Overview

These are low-key training runs in Silver Spring, MD.  We offer a social, non-competitive environment for runners of all paces. Maps for 3 and 5 mile routes are offered at the start of the run each week. Most of our runs take us into the neighborhoods around Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Takoma, Brightwood, and Rock Creek Park. Municipal parking is available one block from Denizen’s on Kennett St.
