Thursday Morning Fallsgrove Run

Overview

This early morning run is a great workout along the Millenium Trail in Rockville.  The Millenium Trail is just over 10 miles though some runners will occasionally make this run an out and back rather than complete the entire loop.  Allpaces are welcome, but since the majority of people are currently running an 8-9 min/mile pace please check (or bring runners) at your pace. A headlamp and reflective gear are recommended during the winter months. We meet in the parking lot in Fallsgrove shopping plaza in front of Panera.  Since this is a workday, we leave at 5:30am sharp. No exceptions. The group size ranges between 10 – 30 people depending on the season. Group communication is via WhatsApp text chat.
