Sunday Long Run – Ken-Gar

Overview
These are low-key long training runs – long is relative and you’ll find runners planning a variety of distances from 5 – 20 miles. This is a low key event, but you will find runners from various pace groups each week in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Post-run refreshments are provided by the club.

Ken-Gar in Rock Creek Park is located on Beach Drive one block north of the intersection at Beach Dr and Knowles Ave. in Kensington.
