Sunday, December 12, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Registration is OPEN!
Dashing through the snow to an 8k race today… (you fill in the rest!)
Join us at the Rockville Senior Center for the last club race of the year, the Jingle Bell Jog. The course winds through the quiet residential neighborhood. The race starts at 9 AM!
MCRRC Members –
2020 MCRRC member bibs will be reused for 2021 and registration will be RACE DAY ONLY!
If you did not register for a 2020 bib & chip previously, please register for one prior to the race, using this link. Your bib & chip will be ready for you on race morning at the registration table. If you aren’t sure, please check here before signing up again.
If you registered for a 2020 bib & chip, but were never able to pick it up last year, you can do so on race morning near the start area. Your bib & chip are still waiting for you.
If you still possess a 2019 (or older) bib number, please register here for a 2020/21 bib and edit your registration.
If you previously registered for a 2020 bib & chip, picked it up last year, but have since misplaced it, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org so a timer can re-assign your number.
Please note that anyone picking up a member bib & chip will need to pay a $5 chip deposit OR turn in an old (2019 or older) chip.
Non-MCRRC Members –
Registration will open to non-MCRRC members at a cost of $15 per race for participants ages 18 & over and $10 for participants under 18. Bib and chip pickup will take place on race morning near the start area. A volunteer will be on hand to assist you.
If you are a non-MCRRC member, and can no longer attend the race, please contact email@example.com so that we can move your registration to another MCRRC low-key event and open up a spot for someone else. Monetary refunds will not be provided.
During the Race:
While masks are no longer required, please be sensitive to those around you whose comfort level or health situation may be different than yours, especially to our younger participants who are not yet able to be vaccinated.
As a condition of our race permits, social distancing is still required. We suggest all participants keep a mask with you for use any time social distancing cannot be achieved.
Health & Wellness:
Now more than ever, please pay close attention to your health prior to attending this event. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or another person with COVID-19, please stay home. If you have cold symptoms, a mild fever, or just “don’t feel well,” we ask that you please stay home. All participants are subject to temperature checks at the discretion of our race staff.
MCRRC is a volunteer organization and our events are fully staffed by the hard work of our volunteers. Without them, our races wouldn’t be possible. Volunteers are needed for this event. Signup to volunteer today!
