Tuesday Track Program
This workout is home to the Runner Development Program, the Achilles Track Club, the Back-of-the-Pack Group, and provides an alternative for anyone who can't make the regular Wednesday workout. The lighted track is available to all club members, even if you are not participating in one of the programs.
