Weekend Bike Path Runs
Low-key
training runs start each Saturday and Sunday morning at 8am from Ken-Gar
in Rock Creek Park (on Beach Drive one block north of the intersection at Strathmore and Knowles
Ave. in Kensington). Saturday runners tend to do shorter distances (6
miles or so). Sunday is the day we do long runs, though long
is relative
and you'll find runners planning a variety of distances in addition
to the regularly scheduled workout.
