6:00 p.m. - Registration begins (until 7:00 p.m.)
6:45 p.m. - Non-competitive 1/4 mile Kid's Fun Run Start
7:00 p.m. - Mile Heats Begin
Multiple Heats
There will be approximately 8 heats, starting with the slowest runners
and progressing to the fastest runners. Runners of all ages and paces are
welcome to participate!
Heat 1 will start promptly at 7:00 PM followed by the other heats in sequential order. Lights will be turned on for the later heats. The heats tentatively will consist of the following runners:

| Heat 5 - Expected finish times greater than 6:00 up to 7:00 |
1:30 to 1:45 per quarter |
| Heat 6 - Expected finish times greater than 5:30 up to 6:00 |
1:22 to 1:30 per quarter |
| Heat 7 - Expected finish times greater than 5:00 up to 5:30 |
1:15 to 1:22 per quarter |
| Heat 8 - Expected finish times of 5:00 or less |
1:15 per quarter and faster |

Registration is race day only, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

From Route 270, exit at Shady Grove Road East; turn North onto Route 355
(South Frederick Ave); pass through two traffic lights; turn Left onto
Education Blvd at the third light. Gaithersburg High School will be up
on the right (314 South Frederick Ave). Park on the right side of the school
in the larger parking lot. Walk around back to the track.
